From 1 August 2008
$250.00 per night base rate for first two guests. $60.00 per night each extra guest. For 10+ adults we offer a HOUSE RATE of $700.00 per night. $40.00 per child 11 years and under per night. Children under two years free. Minimum spend of $500 per stay. Rates can change without notice.
Payment equivalent to one night's stay to confirm your booking and payment in full at least 10 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Ask us about our rates for longer stays. For premium weekends such as the Harvest Festival and Toast Martinborough there is a two night minimum stay. Take a break at Hokimai. You'll love it.

"We had an awesome time and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. They were rapt with the house, thought it was just lovely. My partner and I had the loft room which was lovely and cosy with the warmth rising from fire!
