Tariff -- $260.00 per night base rate for first two guests. $70.00 per night each extra adult.
$45.00 per child 11 years and under per night. Children under two years free.

Terms and conditions
- Your booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit / payment via Internet banking or cheque.
- Payment equivalent to one night's stay confirms your booking, full payment prior to your arrival.
- The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled, however, the booking can be transferred to another date.
- No refunds are paid if you book for a specified number of people and you reduce the number, eg, you booked for 6 persons but only 4 persons stay.
- For premium weekends such as the Harvest Festival and Toast Martinborough there is a two night minimum stay.

All the guests commented on the luxuriousness of the house. One of my young friends, who flats in Wellington, said that it was a timely reminder of just how nice houses can be. It was just lovely.
